Phlebotomist

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Phlebotomist to join our pathology laboratory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood and other samples from patients, maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient care, and ensuring samples are handled accurately and safely.

• Key Responsibilities
• Collect blood samples using proper venipuncture techniques.
• Perform home sample collections as assigned.
• Label, handle, and transport samples according to laboratory protocols.
• Verify patient identity and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure proper infection control and follow safety guidelines.
• Explain the sample collection process to patients and address basic queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the laboratory team for timely processing of samples.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sample collection area.
• Follow all quality and confidentiality standards.
