Packaging Associate

We are currently looking to onboard two male associates for our apparel manufacturing and e-commerce operations. We need reliable, detail-oriented individuals to help manage our warehouse output and ensure our customers receive their orders in perfect condition.

• Role ResponsibilitiesQuality Control & Counting: Inspecting garments for defects and ensuring accurate product counts.
• Order Packing: Preparing customer orders for shipment with a focus on zero-error dispatch.
• Garment Care: Proficiency in ironing or steaming garments is a definite plus.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Starting Salary: ₹7,500 per month.
• Monthly Performance Bonus: ₹1000 (awarded for high-quality work and zero unplanned leave).
• Annual Growth: Guaranteed minimum 10% salary increment.
