Operations Manager

Vieanna Inn is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure an elite guest experience. You will be responsible for harmonizing front-of-house and back-of-house departments, maintaining impeccable service standards, and maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

 Daily Supervision: Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless, premium guest service.

 Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of rooms, public spaces, and guest touchpoints to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury.

 Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of refined hospitality and strict accountability.

 Vendor & Inventory Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, oversee procurement, and optimize operational costs without compromising on quality.

 Guest Relations: Directly handle complex guest feedback and escalations, ensuring every stay reflects Vieanna Inn’s premium reputation.

Qualifications

 Experience: 5+ years in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role at a boutique or luxury hotel.

 Skills: Exceptional leadership, crisis management, sharp eye for aesthetic detail, and strong financial acumen.

 Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
