2050 Healthcare Rehab Center is a leading rehabilitation healthcare organization dedicated to providing comprehensive patient-centered care. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional abilities.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.

Conduct occupational therapy sessions to improve patients' independence in daily living activities.

Train patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and home exercise programs.

Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Speech Therapists, Doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation strategies and functional recovery.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) from a recognized institution.

2–4 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation, neuro-rehabilitation, pediatric rehabilitation, or related settings.

Strong understanding of occupational therapy assessment and intervention techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
