Job Description
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily news across electronic, print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Prepare comprehensive media monitoring reports, summaries, and analytical insights.
- Summarise important government events, speeches, press conferences, and policy announcements.
- Conduct Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) research on public policy, governance, and political developments.
- Track key public figures, institutions, and relevant developments using publicly available information.
- Analyse media narratives, identify emerging trends, and highlight significant news developments.
- Coordinate with internal research, media, and campaign teams to ensure timely delivery of reports.
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy, quality, and deadlines.
- Eligibility & Required SkillsGraduate or Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong analytical and writing skills may apply.
- Good understanding of print, electronic, digital, and social media in India.
- Excellent Hindi reading, writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Expert Hindi typing skills are mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Strong research, analytical, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of Uttar Pradesh's political landscape will be an added advantage.
- Ability to write in local languages of Uttar Pradesh will be an advantage.
- Job RequirementsCandidates must be comfortable working from the office in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle time-sensitive assignments.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
