• 2–3 years' experience in luxury retail, fashion, or fine jewellery sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-groomed, polished personal presentation

• Strong sales acumen with a client-first approach

• Basic knowledge of gemstones/metals (preferred for jewellery-focused roles)

• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office

• Flexible with weekend/holiday shifts
