Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer health concerns and explain suitable Ayurvedic treatment plans.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries regarding treatments, products, pricing, and delivery.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Consult customers about health issues (acidity, skin, piles, fatty liver)
