Job Description
1- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical and site manpower.
2- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
3- Coordinate technical and HR interviews with the concerned departments.
4- Manage candidate follow-ups, selection, salary negotiation and joining formalities.
5-Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database and joining status.
6- Coordinate manpower requirements with project/site teams.
7-Support employee onboarding, documentation and basic HR activities.
8- Ensure timely deployment of manpower at project sites.
9-Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.
