Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR activities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring
• Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, referrals and other platforms
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and joining formalities
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Handle employee queries and onboarding
• Recruit and manage candidates for Sales/Telecalling positions
• Follow up with candidates and ensure timely joining
Requirements: • Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and presentable personality
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Previous experience in HR/Recruitment, BPO, Sales or Banking recruitment will be preferred
