Head Chef – Orbis Café (Lucknow)

Orbis Café is hiring an experienced Head Chef to lead our premium café kitchen. The role includes preparing and maintaining high-quality food, developing new recipes, ensuring consistency, managing kitchen operations, training staff, maintaining hygiene, controlling food cost, inventory, and wastage, and implementing SOPs and recipe cards. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in cafés, hotels, or restaurants, with strong knowledge of continental cuisine, sandwiches, salads, pasta, breakfast, snacks, and desserts. Candidates must have excellent leadership, organisation, and time-management skills, along with a passion for quality and innovation. Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and FSSAI food safety standards is essential.
