• Key ResponsibilitiesGuide members with proper workout techniques.
• Prepare personalized workout plans.
• Ensure members follow correct form and safety standards.
• Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the gym floor.
• Assist in converting walk-in enquiries into memberships.
• Promote Personal Training (PT) services professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong member relationships.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of gym training experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and exercise science.
• Punctual, well-groomed, and professional.
• Positive attitude with strong sales and customer handling skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification will be an added advantage.
• Shift TimingMorning: 5:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Evening: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
