Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging and on-brand designs across multiple platforms, including digital media, print materials, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. The role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to translate concepts and requirements into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative and visually appealing graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Develop designs for websites, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams.
• Incorporate feedback constructively to improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout, and branding.
• Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to accept and implement feedback effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in a relevant industry or working with cross-functional teams.
