Franchise Sales Manager

The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the salon franchise network by identifying and converting potential franchise partners. The role includes generating and managing franchise leads through digital marketing, referrals, events, and business networking, conducting discovery calls and franchise presentations, explaining the business model, investment, ROI, and brand support, and guiding prospects throughout the entire sales process until the franchise agreement is signed. The Franchise Sales Manager also coordinates with the operations, marketing, legal, and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and launch experience for new franchisees. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing sales reports, achieving monthly and annual franchise sales targets, building strong relationships with franchise partners, identifying new expansion opportunities, and representing the brand professionally to ensure sustainable business growth.
