Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet customers, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets through field visits. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers to generate sales.
• Identify new leads and business opportunities through field visits.
• Explain products/services and offers to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collect customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
• Submit regular field visit and sales reports.

• Education: 12th Pass

Salary

• ₹17,000 – ₹50,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹35,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹15,000
