Position: Field Sales Executive (FSE)
Department: Sales / Merchant Acquisition
Work: Field + Market visits
मुख्य Responsibilities:
नए merchants/shops/businesses को Paytm से onboard करना।
Paytm के QR, Soundbox, POS/payment solutions की sales करना।
Existing merchants से relationship maintain करना और उनकी problems resolve करवाना।
Merchant के documents/KYC और onboarding process में सहायता करना।
Daily assigned area में market visits और lead generation करना।
Daily/weekly sales & activation targets achieve करना।
Competitor activities और market feedback की जानकारी TL/Group Leader को देना।
Existing merchants में additional products/services की sales करना।
App/CRM में daily visits, leads और sales की reporting करना।
