Position: Field Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new clients for Demat & Trading account openings.
• Meet potential clients through field visits, seminars, references, and direct marketing activities.
• Explain stock market investment products and company services to clients.
• Assist clients in completing KYC and account opening formalities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
• Achieve monthly sales targets related to account opening, fund mobilization, and revenue generation.
• Coordinate with the internal support team for smooth client onboarding and service.
• Promote company branding through marketing activities, referrals, and awareness campaigns.
• Provide basic guidance regarding trading platforms and investment services.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of stock market and financial products.
• Ability to work in the field and meet clients.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• MS Excel and smartphone handling knowledge preferred.

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

Experience in sales, banking, insurance, or stock broking preferred.
