Job Description
To generate sales of SAFELI Batteries by visiting the market, developing new customers and dealers, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
- Visit dealers, retailers, e-rickshaw owners, battery shops, and potential customers regularly.
- Generate new leads and convert them into SAFELI Battery sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, warranty, and offers to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets assigned by management.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, pending orders, and payments.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand SAFELI Battery distribution.
- Monitor competitor products, prices, schemes, and market activities.
- Coordinate with the office/team for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain daily field visit, lead, sales, and collection reports.
- Ensure proper customer feedback and after-sales coordination.
- Maintain professional conduct and represent JIGYAASA & SAFELI positively in the market.
