Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Event Sales Executive to source new leads, pitch event packages, and close sales deals. You will act as the main link between our venue/services and prospective clients, managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact to post-event follow-ụp.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, database research, and industry events.
- Client Engagement: Conduct phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person venue showrounds to understand client needs and present tailored event proposals.
- Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and sponsorship packages to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal event planning, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth event executi.
- On-Site Support: Supervise registrations, delegate attendance, or client hospitality on the day of the event when required
