Job Summary :-

LegalDev Tax India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our Lucknow Branch. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.

2. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.

3. Coordinate with sales and operational teams for smooth client servicing.

4. Follow up with clients regarding services, documentation, and payments.

5. Maintain customer records and update CRM data regularly.

6. Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure client retention.

7. Assist in achieving customer satisfaction and business targets.

8. Prepare daily reports and share updates with management.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good knowledge of customer handling and relationship management.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email Handling).

* Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

* Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Qualification

Graduate in any stream.

Experience in customer handling/sales/telecalling will be
