Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily backend recharge operations.
• Resolve customer complaints related to failed, pending, and incorrect recharges.
• Coordinate with telecom operators and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Provide support to customers, retailers, and distributors via phone and other communication channels.
• Update complaint status and maintain records in the system.
• Prepare daily MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Telecom, Recharge Operations, Customer Support, or Back Office.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working extensively on computers with occasional customer calls.
