Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Admin / Management / CRM to join our team.

The candidate should be organized, professional, and have good communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day administrative work and office coordination

Maintain records, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams and management for smooth operations

Manage client/customer communication through calls, messages, and emails

Follow up with clients and maintain CRM data regularly

Support management in daily tasks, planning, and reporting

Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-up

Maintain proper office workflow and team coordination

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Good coordination and follow-up skills

Positive attitude and professional behavior

Experience in Admin / Management / CRM is preferred
