Follow Up Leads: Call potential buyers from CRM databases, property portals, and marketing campaigns to pitch upcoming projects.

Filter Enquiries: Identify the client's budget, location preference, and urgency to match them with the right property.Schedule Visits: Convert phone interactions into scheduled, physical site visits at the builder's project sites.Site Visits & Sales.

 Conversions Conduct Tours: Accompany clients to project locations to showcase sample flats, floor plans, construction progress, and amenities.

Explain Value: Detail the unique selling points, including local connectivity, future development plans, and bank approval status.

Close Bookings: Address client objections, negotiate payment structures, and secure token amounts to lock in bookings.Market Awareness & NetworkingKnow the Area: Stay deeply informed about Lucknow's real estate hotspots, infrastructure developments, and competitor pricing.

Build Channels: Coordinate with local property brokers and channel partners to boost external lead generation.
