Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic candidate for a part-time position in our e-commerce business.
⏰ Working Hours
- Flexible timing between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Work only 4 hours per day, at any convenient time within the given schedule.
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Confirm customer orders received through Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website.
- Enter and update order details on the computer.
- Provide product information to customers over the phone.
- Handle delivery-related queries and coordinate with customers regarding their orders.
- Assist customers with basic order-related questions.
✅ Required Skills
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- A responsible attitude and willingness to learn.
👩💻 Preference: Housewives will be given preference.
🕒 Job Type: Part-Time | 4 Hours Daily
