**💼 Experience Required:** Minimum 1 year in collections / field recovery

**💰 Salary:** Up to ₹3 LPA

**🔹 Key Responsibilities:**

* Visit customers to collect overdue payments

* Manage field recovery operations effectively

* Maintain accurate records of collections and visits

* Coordinate with internal teams for updates and reporting

**🔹 Requirements:**

* Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or field recovery

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Willingness to travel for field work
