Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Field Collection Executive to manage field-level collection activities, follow up with customers for outstanding payments, and ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining professional customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered/residential or business locations for payment collection.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding payments.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payments, and follow-ups.
• Submit daily collection and field visit reports to the reporting manager.
• Ensure timely deposit/update of collected payments as per company policy.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and follow company collection guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Collection Team and Branch/Cluster Manager for difficult cases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable collection procedures.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Knowledge of the local area and local language is preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in NBFC, Banking, Loan Collection, EMI Collection, Microfinance, Field Sales, or Recovery will be preferred.
