Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Engineer with General Manager (GM) profile to lead and manage civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, team management, budgeting, quality control, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all civil engineering and construction activities.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution from start to completion.

Lead project teams, contractors, and site engineers to achieve project goals.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and government regulations.

Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.

Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and government authorities.

Review project reports, drawings, and technical documentation.

Ensure projects are completed within budget and scheduled timelines.

Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).

Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.

Proven experience in project management and team leadership.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project planning.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office is preferred.
