Cashier Supervisor

We are hiring a Billing & Store Operations Manager for Shagun – Essence of Elegance, a growing clothing retail showroom focused on customer experience, team coordination, and smooth store operations. We are looking for a responsible, well-spoken, and professionally presentable individual who can efficiently manage billing operations, handle cashier responsibilities, guide the sales team, and ensure day-to-day showroom activities run smoothly.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and customer-handling skills, good decision-making ability, problem-solving mindset, and leadership qualities to coordinate with sales staff and manage customers professionally during busy store hours. Basic knowledge of computers, billing software, MS Excel, and retail management systems is important. The candidate should also be comfortable handling invoices, payment processing, stock-related coordination, and operational tasks with accuracy and accountability.

We value individuals who are disciplined, proactive, confident in handling responsibilities, and capable of maintaining a positive and professional environment inside the showroom. Prior experience in retail, fashion showroom operations, cashier handling, or team supervision will be preferred.
