Job Title: BPO / Call Center Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our BPO/Call Center team. The candidate will handle customer queries, provide information about products and services, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through phone, email, or chat support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/software systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
• Achieve performance targets such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and communication guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a great customer experience.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Qualification12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior BPO or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• SalaryFresher: ₹10k to 12k
• Experienced: ₹12k– ₹20k
