Job Description

Work Exposure: • Statutory audits of companies, trusts and other entities, including ROC compliance • Tax audits under Section 44AB, with Form 3CB/3CD preparation • Bank audits – concurrent, stock and branch audits • GST compliance – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C, reconciliations and registrations • Income tax returns, TDS compliance and assessment support • Company and LLP incorporation and other secretarial work
