Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to grow our Solar Rooftop business. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our dealer network, and closing B2B & B2C solar projects in the assigned territory.
* ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and convert leads for residential & commercial solar rooftop projects
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and explain solar benefits, costing & subsidy
- Build and manage a strong network of dealers, distributors & channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business & referrals
- Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback for management
- Track competitor activities and market trends
3. REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS:
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience is Mandatory in Solar Industry.
- Graduation in any field.
- Must own a bike with a valid driving license
- Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills.
