Job Description
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving subscription revenue growth for SaaS products developed by Steepcode Software within the assigned territory. The role involves appointing and managing distributors, leading a team of field sales executives, and ensuring consistent software subscription sales through direct customer meetings and product demonstrations.
The BDM will act as the territory business head, responsible for channel development, sales target achievement, market expansion, and team performance management.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly SaaS subscription revenue generated.
- Number of distributors appointed and activated.
- Distributor revenue contribution.
- Sales executive productivity and conversion rates.
- Territory expansion and new client acquisition.
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong B2B field sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology products.
- Ability to build and manage distribution channels.
