You will focus entirely on B2B client acquisition, identifying companies that need hiring support and converting them into partners.


  • Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to find companies actively hiring.
  • Pipeline Management: Track all prospective client interactions and lead statuses in our CRM.
  • Pitch Support: Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between prospects and agency leadership.

  • Proposal Creation: Help draft service agreements and recruitment proposals for prospective clients.

  • Experience: 3-4 years in sales, lead generation, or recruitment agency support is preferred.
