Job Description
- Drive residential and commercial property sales by identifying potential customers and converting qualified leads into successful bookings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and referral networks across Lucknow and surrounding markets.
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic marketing initiatives, corporate tie-ups, customer referrals, and field activities.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations to prospective buyers, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy conversion ratios and revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and digital outreach programs.
- Negotiate commercial terms, facilitate booking formalities, and ensure timely collection of customer payments as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, customer databases, and management reports to track performance and forecast sales.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking forums, customer meets, and real estate exhibitions to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
