Job Description
- Generate new sales leads through online research, calling, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Explain DigiDonar’s digital communication solutions and services effectively.
- Conduct product/service demos for prospective clients over calls and Google Meet.
- Prepare and send professional quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, demos, and sales in the CRM/system.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to overall business growth and revenue.
