We're looking for ambitious sales professionals who can build relationships, close deals, and contribute to our growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and present Mingrow's SaaS solutions.
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying customers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing and customer success teams.
- Maintain professional communication via phone, email, WhatsApp, and video meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Business Development, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, CRM Sales, ERP Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online meeting platforms.
