Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Admission Counselor to drive

enrollments for Master and Doctorate programs. The role requires counseling senior working

professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders, understanding their career aspirations, and

guiding them through the admission journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent

consultative selling skills, strong objection-handling abilities, and a proven track record in closing

high-value admissions.

Key Responsibilities

 Counsel prospective learners through calls, video meetings, WhatsApp, emails, and one-on-

one consultations.

 Understand learners' educational background, work experience, career goals, and research

interests to recommend the most suitable DBA program.

 Explain program structure, university credentials, research methodology, curriculum, faculty,

fee structure, scholarships, financing options, and admission process.

 Build strong relationships with senior professionals and maintain consistent follow-ups until

enrollment.

 Handle objections related to fees, research commitment, time management, university

recognition, and return on investment.

 Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets while maintaining high conversion rates.

 Coordinate with admissions, finance, and university teams for documentation, application

processing, and fee collection.

 Maintain accurate learner records and sales updates in the CRM.

 Ensure a premium counseling experience throughout the admission journey.

 Support webinars, information sessions, and learner engagement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

 MBA or Master's degree preferred

 3–7 years of experience in education sales, admissions, or executive education counseling.

 Experience in selling premium or high-ticket education programs is preferred.

 Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

 Strong relationship-building and objection-handling abilities.

 Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.


 Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
