Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) to help expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with decision-makers, conducting product demonstrations, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations and online/offline demos.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
• Update CRM with lead and customer information.
