Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Head to lead and manage branch operations.

The candidate will be responsible for handling daily branch activities, team management, sales performance, customer relationship management, and achieving branch targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning

Lead, guide, and monitor team performance

Achieve branch sales and revenue targets

Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships

Monitor CRM activities and follow-ups

Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with management

Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity of branch staff

Develop strategies to improve branch growth and performance

Requirements:

Good leadership and team handling skills

Strong communication and management skills

Experience in sales, operations, and customer handling

Ability to achieve targets and manage branch performance

Minimum graduate

Prior experience as Branch Head / Team Leader / Operations Manager preferred
