Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Home + Field Visits)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives + TA/DA (as per company policy)

Job Summary Vedwell FMCG Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to handle sales operations in the assigned districts of Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for appointing distributors, increasing retailer coverage, achieving sales targets, and managing the sales network.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve district-wise monthly sales targets of ₹3–5 Lakhs.
  • Appoint at least 5 new distributors every month.
  • Visit minimum 25 retailers daily.
  • Expand market coverage and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate primary and secondary sales through distributors.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy distributor relationships.
  • Monitor stock availability and market visibility.
  • Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Reports.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
  • Travel regularly across the assigned districts.
  • EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
  • 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience.
  • Experience in distributor handling and market development.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Should be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Minimum 5 New Distributor Appointments/Month
  • 25 Retailer Visits per Day
