Area Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of sales experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage and grow the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to improve performance.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Sales

Shift:

• Day Shift (Full-Time)

Salary:

• ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000
