Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Architect / Assistant Architect to join our

team. The role involves drafting architectural, interior, and structural drawings,

preparing project reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams to

facilitate project execution. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, eager to

learn, and capable of maintaining project timelines and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drafting & Documentation:

Prepare detailed architectural, interior, and structural drawings.

Maintain accuracy and adherence to project standards in all drafts.

Follow existing office formats, CAD standards, and project documentation

procedures.

Schedule and followup on own works for improved efficiency.

2. Project Coordination:

Work closely with site teams, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth

project execution.

Assist in resolving on-site design and technical queries.

Keep track of project updates and maintain organized documentation.

3. Material & Vendor Management:

Gather and compare material quotes from vendors and suppliers.

Assist in material selection, procurement coordination, and ensuring timely

delivery.

4. Project Reporting & Communication:

Prepare project progress reports and presentations.

Ensure proper documentation of design revisions and project milestones.

Effectively communicate updates and requirements across project teams.

Requirements

- Diploma in Architecture or B.Arch.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, photoshop, and other relevant design

software.

- Basic understanding of structural and interior detailing.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

- Willingness to adapt to office standards and working formats.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
