Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing Management:
- Oversee the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies for Tile & Bathroom Fitting Store.
- Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring timely and correct billing for all transactions.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly.
- Financial Oversight:
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing activities.
- Software Proficiency:
- Utilize Busy software for all billing operations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Busy system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a billing or financial role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Billing on Busy software.
- Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Salary Negotiable.
