Job Title: Sales Executive / Academic Counsellor (Competitive Exams, UP & Bihar's Academic Courses )

Location: Remote / Work From Home (Female Only)

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Female Sales Executives / Academic Counsellors to guide and support students from Competitive Exams, UP Board and Bihar Board in choosing the right academic courses. The role involves counselling students, understanding their learning needs, and helping them enroll in our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding the academic courses and learning programs.
• Handle Inbound and Outbound calls and follow up with interested leads.
• Explain course and their features, benefits, and pricing to potential students.
• Assist and Create urgency in the enrollment process.
• Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment goals.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi.
• Prior experience in Ed-Tech sales or academic counselling is preferred.
• Good understanding of Competitive Exams, State Board Exams.
