Job Description
**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to expand our B2B dealer network across Kerala.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and appoint new B2B dealers across Kerala.
- Visit Wallpaper shops, curtain shops, furnishing stores and interior-related businesses.
- Promote Shamrock's wallpapers, wallcoverings and customised products.
- Develop territory-wise dealer networks.
- Generate new business enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing dealers and ensure repeat orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and dealer appointment targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports.
**Requirements:**
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in dealer development and field sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Kerala market.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
- English communication is essential.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
