Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

 

 

Job Description

 

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic area or territory to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans

 

Dealer Profiling: Define criteria for ideal dealer partners based on factors such as location, market reach, reputation and alignment with your brand values.

 

Proposal and Negotiation: Present a formal proposal outlining the terms and conditions of the dealership agreement. Negotiate terms and address concerns or objections

 

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

 

Collaborate with the sales department to develop targeted sales strategies

 

Territory Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of the assigned territory. Identify potential business opportunities.

 

Develop territory coverage plans and sales routes to optimize sales opportunities and maximize efficiency.

 

Monitor market trends to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.

 

To consistently meet or exceed sales targets

 

Conducting onsite training for dealerships

 

Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures,

and ethical standards in all sales activities.

 

Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
