Job Role Overview We are hiring energetic Electrical Site Technicians & Supervisors for major government electrical infrastructure Current projects in Kerala. You will manage ground-level power distribution setups, line installations, and site operations.
If you are physical, site-ready, and hold an ITI in Electrical work, this opportunity offers strong career growth in utility infrastructure.
- Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)Installation: Hands-on setup of Ring Main Units (RMU) and Double Pole (DP) structures.
- Cabling & Jointing: HT/LT cable laying, cable trenching, professional jointing, and termination.
- Gear Assembly: Erecting roadside electrical equipment, transformers, and distribution boxes.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Troubleshooting on-site line faults and performing rapid repairs during system testing.
- Safety & Quality: Following state government electrical safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Requirements (Who Can Apply)Education: ITI Pass in Electrical or Wireman Trade (Mandatory).
- Experience: 1–3 years in HT/LT field work. Freshers with good ITI academic marks are welcome.
- Field Grit: Willingness to work outdoors under all weather conditions (Rain/Shine).
- Language: Basic knowledge of Hindi or English (for daily site communication).
- Mobility: Ready to relocate across various project locations within Kerala based on site needs.
