• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and record all fee payments accurately and on time.
• Deposit cash, cheques, DDs, and manage PDCs.
• Perform daily cash and bank reconciliation.
• Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely closure (FIFO basis).
• Prepare MIS reports and track key financial metrics.
• Resolve payment-related queries from students and parents.
• Coordinate with Head Office for admissions, programs, and fee schemes.
• Handle assigned administrative tasks.
• Required Skills1–4 years of experience as an Accountant/Cashier.
• Good accounting and cash-handling knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Sincere, detail-oriented, and committed professional.
