Job SummaryWe are hiring energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote lending products and acquire new customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing customers, explaining loan products, collecting documents, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field visits, referrals, and market activities.
• Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or other lending products.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Assist customers in completing loan application forms and collecting KYC documents.
• Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing.
• Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.
• EligibilityQualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Field Sales is preferred.
