Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and security systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and laptops.

Manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).

Monitor system performance and ensure uptime.

Handle data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures.

Manage user accounts, access controls, and email systems.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Maintain UPS systems, internet connectivity, and office IT equipment.

Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.

Ensure software license compliance and IT documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

2+ years of experience as a System Administrator.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and cybersecurity basics.

Experience with cloud platforms and backup solutions preferred.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.
