About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive in-store sales and enhance customer experience at our retail outlets across Kerala. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to launch their career in the dynamic retail/FMCG sector. You will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, promoting products, and achieving store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and preferences
• Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly store targets consistently
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store presentation standards
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about offerings
• Handle billing, returns, and customer queries at the point of sale
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the local area
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide feedback to management team
Requirements
• +2 (Higher Secondary) pass or equivalent qualification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
• Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends
• Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency needed
